JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a KMA Coordinator at Infranord, you will work closely with production in a project format. You act as a cohesive coordinator in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety issues. The role offers a lot of freedom under responsibility as you drive your work forward, of course with support and in close collaboration with your colleagues. You are well-versed in applicable contracts/regulations and work operationally and problem-solving. You enjoy having many points of contact and participate in several forums with management, customers, and partners.

On behalf of the Site Manager, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensure that the project complies with KMA-related laws and requirements according to the contract
• Participate in meetings with customers and partners
• Coordinate internal work with, for example, control plans, as-built documents, environmental documentation, and work preparation
• Establish documentation.
• Participate in internal and external quality and environmental audits, and follow up on deviations and observations.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and perform in this role, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, driven, quality-conscious, and self-sufficient. You enjoy a varied job with many internal and external contacts. You have good computer skills and experience working with the Office suite. For the position, we see good flexibility and service as important to deliver what we promise to our customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of work experience in the role of KMA
• A university degree with a focus on quality, environment, and occupational health and safety or equivalent
• A valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in the railway/construction industry

Travel in the job/work at another location may occur, as well as work outside regular office hours, if necessary.
